Single-car crash near Liberty leaves one dead

ADAMS COUNTY, Ill. (WGEM) - A crash around 5 p.m. Thursday in Adams County killed one person, according to a news release from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
Adams County Sheriff Rich Wagner said the driver died at the scene after being involved in the single-car crash on the Kellerville Blacktop near Five Points.

He said the car rolled over during the accident and the driver was turned over to the Adams County coroner.
Wagner said he is withholding the driver’s name until he can notify family.
No word yet on what led up to the crash.
