QUINCY, Ill. (WGEM) - The (8-3) Quincy University Hawks retuned to the diamond at QU Stadium to face the Vikings of Augustana in a non-conference doubleheader in “The Gem City” on Friday afternoon. The home team brought their hot bats to the yard on this chilly day and at the end of Game 1 of today’s double-dip,
Nolan Wosman and the Hawks were smiling. At the end of 9 innings, the Hawks posted a big 7-2 victory on their home turf to keep their winning streak alive.
