When Kelly Nielsen’s baby girl came home from the NICU, she said she fed her a special neonatal formula as directed by doctors.
Then, she submitted a claim to her insurance to be reimbursed for $600 worth of that formula and was denied three or four times over a missing code, Nielsen said. The insurer said it later approved the claim.

Meet the ‘Flailing Fossils’ — seniors taking on rock climbing walls

A group of seniors meets three days a week at a climbing center in Vermont to take on the rock-climbing walls.
“The Flailing Fossils is what we call ourselves,” Denise Coriell, 73, said.
Coriell has been climbing inside and outside for years, and she said the camaraderie of the group and the strength training keep her coming back.
Her friend, Pat Hunter, is relatively new to the sport.
